How to inject/administer this product

This viscosupplement is administered as a series of intra-articular injections by a legally-authorized physician. A local anesthetic may be administered prior to the procedure for the comfort of the patient. Prepare the site of injection by disinfecting the area with an appropriate antiseptic. Inject Supartz into the knee joint using the appropriate injection technique with a 22–23G needle. Please note that the contents of this syringe are meant for a single knee only: a separate, additional syringe is required for bilateral treatment.
